The essence of work organization in this institution is creation of professional team at each ward which is consisted of a nurse, a social worker and anoccupational therapist. All of them take careof every user, they take care of user's needs, inters, wishis and they make sense of user's spare time.

Work as a team means that services are universal and at higer level than they used to be. A social worker is the first person who gives shelter to a user and enables him to integrate himself into the home community. Medical staff examines a user, it offers necassary healt care and satisfies all user's needs.

An occupational therapist applies functional occupational therapy, in order to maintain and improve general physical condition of a user. Speaking of an occupational therapy we would like to mention that the users are engaged in certain work, which depends on their ability and psychophysical condition. Recreation occupational therapy has the character of a game and entertainment, physical and psychological intellectual commitment of personality.
